FAQ & Policies

General:

A.  Pre-Orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be dispatched within 14 days of order (NOT delivered). Merchandise ready to be pre-ordered can be found by selecting the “pre-order” button in the main menu. Only the items listed under the pre-order section can be ordered in advance.

* Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. 

A.  As previously mentioned : “Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be dispatched within 14 days of order (NOT delivered). You can expect to receive your pre-order approximately 3-4 days after it has been dispatched. The timeframe given is only an approximation, and solely based off when the merchandise is delivered to our facility.

A.  Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that any out stock items will be re-stocked. If you are interested in a particular item(s) please contact customerservice@tulleandtwirls.com.

A. We cannot guarantee the re-stocking of any items previously or currently displayed on our website. We do not regularly re-stock sold out items in order to provide our customers with a diverse offering, and a value price proposition, there are limited product quantities on hand.

Shipping:

A. All products are shipped directly from our Chicago, IL (United States) facility.

A. Customers have up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to request their shipping address be changed.

A. Here at Tulle & Twirls we currently have a processing time of 2 business days from the date of purchase. However, our processing time is subject to change due to shipping delays in relation to national holidays and order capacity. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you can expect to receive your order in approximately 3-5 business days* via USPS Priority Shipping.

*United States ONLY. Shipping times outside of the United States may vary.

A. Tulle & Twirls is NOT responsible for any delays in shipping once a customers order has been dispatched from our facility. Please follow up with the carrier (i.e USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc.) responsible for delivering your package in the event that your package does not arrive “on-time”.

A. Tulle & Twirls is NOT liable for any lost or stolen packages.Once a customers order has been dispatched from our facility they will be sent a tracking number via email. Once the tracking number is received and the package dispatched it becomes the sole responsibility of the customer to track their order and/or contact the carrier (ie. USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc.) for any and all updates.

***We ask that you please double check the shipping address you have listed to increase the chances of your package making it to the proper destination.  

A. As previously mentioned, ” Tulle & Twirls LLC. is NOT liable for any lost or stolen packages.” Customers will NOT receive a replacement nor will a refund be processed.

Returns & Refunds:

A. Yes! All Tulle & Twirls customer’s are able to make a return. In order to receive a refund for the returned item(s), customers have exactly 7 day from the time of receipt to mail the item(s) off. Please be sure to include the packing slip, or else we cannot accept your return.

A. Currently we accept returns on most of our products with the exception of accessories and hygiene/personal products (i.e face masks, pajamas, etc.).

A. Customers returning products because Tulle & Twirls sent the incorrect product in error have 72 hours* from the date of receipt to notify us of our error. Once we are notified you will be sent a return label via email. In this instance the cost of shipping will be assumed by Tulle & Twirls LLC.

* We have limited supply of our designer clothing to maintain exclusivity, and in order to be able to provide you with an exchange we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation (i.e hold & exchange the item originally ordered).

A. A customer requesting an exchange for a product no longer in stock, will be given the option to accept a store credit (with FREE return shipping) in its place or a partial refund (minus the cost of shipping).

A. Once the returned items have been received by Tulle & Twirls or the order cancelled (within 24 hours of purchase), a refund will be issued to the original method of payment used by the customer.

A. Customers should anticipate the processing of refunds to take no longer than 3 days once the returned items have been received by Tulle & Twirls LLC, or the order has been cancelled (within 24 hours of purchase).

A. As previously mentioned you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return the product(s) along with the packing slip in order to receive your refund.
